Manually installing OpenKinect/freenect on Win7?

I'm installing SimpleCV on Win7 using the All in One superpack. Quite a bit didn't install, so I opened up the install.bat and installed the missing items by hand. However, when I get to the OpenKinect part at the end, it has:

mkdir C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\freenect
echo "Copying freenect setup files"
xcopy %1\OpenKinect\precompiled\*.py C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\freenect /y
xcopy %1\OpenKinect\precompiled\*.dll C:\Python27\DLLs /y
xcopy %1\OpenKinect\precompiled\*.pyd C:\Python27\DLLs /y

I don't know what the arguments to install.bat were so I don't know what %1 is and can't find the OpenKinect files. I've looked everywhere I can think of on my drive with no luck and I don't see an easy_install or pip command to download them.

Where can I find these files or what command will download them so I can move them into my site-packages/DLLs directory?

Other than OpenKinect, I seem to have a working SimpleCV install.

Thanks!

I know you have to install openkinect separately (openkinect.org), as it is not included in the windows superpack.
If you are able to install openkinect, I would appreciate it if you could place a how to on here! I have spent a few long days trying to get it to install on my windows 7 system.
