Hi, I wanted to know what the getLineScan method does, so I tried the example present in LineScan.py file (tried it both in iPython and in the python interpreter)

from SimpleCV import *
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
img = Image('lenna')
s = img.getLineScan(y=128)
plt.plot(s)
plt.plot(ss)
plt.show()

but I get the error as follows:

AttributeError Traceback (most recent call last)
<ipython-input-11-0512361c0405> in <module>()
      2 import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
      3 img = Image('lenna')
----> 4 s = img.getLineScan(y=128)
      5 plt.plot(s)
      6 plt.plot(ss)

AttributeError: Image instance has no attribute 'getLineScan'

Hi Richard, You were right. It seems that the installation was the problem (even though I followed the procedures given in the site). Anyway, I just copied and pasted the contents directly from github, and that seemed to work fine. Thank you!
