How do I get SimpleCV to grab an alternate camera?

I have a usb camera connected to my Windows machine, which shows up along with my webcam under imaging devices.

When I run the hello world example, Camera() always grabs my webcam, and not the connected usb camera. Is there any way to get a list of camera sources that SimpleCV sees, and then select the other camera?

Camera() takes an integer argument that represents the camera ID. The book "Practical Computer Vision with SimpleCV" covers this on page 21 with this following snippet of code.

from SimpleCV import Camera

cam0 = Camera(0) #first attached camera
cam1 = Camera(1) #second attached camera
cam0.getImage().show() #show picture from first camera
cam1.getImage().show() #show picture from second camera
